CATER launches an online survey to capture users' feelings

The CATER project, a key initiative aiming at mass customization in the automotive industry through the development of innovative ICT tools and methods, is very pleased to announce the launch of an online survey aiming at understanding customers' citarasa. Citarasa or "emotional intent" is one of the core innovations of the CATER project. Citarasa is a Malay word to express the intent/desires (cita) and emotions/tastes (rasa) of customers. The online survey, available to all, is expected to contribute towards understanding user feelings, and thus provides useful information for vehicle customization. Answering the survey only takes a few minutes: you will only be asked to evaluate and rank some common objects. Contact
