The PARADISO project, supported by the DG Information Society and Media of the European Commission in the framework of the FP7 research funding program, is officially launched today. In a relatively limited timeframe (12 months), the PARADISO project will explore a possible disruptive paradigm concerning global societal developments and will identify, under this hypothesis, strategic research directions to investigate in the field of ICT network and service infrastructures. Project outputs include a reference document and will be openly discussed on the occasion of a scientific workshop and of an open conference. The PARADISO project will be run by Sigma Orionis (project coordinator) and the Club of Rome. Contact |
